How does facade work run?
First facade type and detail, then scaffolding and brackets, then application lifts. Reverse order makes you erect the scaffold twice.

ETICS, stone, composite or curtain wall is chosen. Thickness, hangers and joints set the scaffold allowance.

Scaffolding and brackets
On a straight facade H-frame is the backbone. 35 / 65 / 105 cm brackets are chosen from need; a gap is not closed by guesswork.

Application lifts
Insulation, cladding or glass units go in lift order. Guardrails stay on the working lift.

Check and strip-out
Joints, anchor traces and the pedestrian route are closed. The scaffold comes down in reverse after last-lift approval.

Which facade, which scaffold allowance?
ETICS, stone and glass do not want the same working width. Brackets and load change.

Thickness and hangers grow the bracket. Platform load is different from the ETICS factor.

Unit size, wind and anchors sit in the same note. Netting from memory is not enough.

Is H-frame enough for every facade cladding job?
On straight housing, offices and repeating facades, yes. Silos, vessels, inclined steel and heavy industrial geometry need ringlock. On a mixed facade both systems can sit side by side.
Is ETICS the same as stone cladding?
It is not. Thickness, hangers, load and bracket allowance change. The same scaffold set is not enough for every detail. Take-off is not written before survey locks the facade type.
How long does the work take?
Number of lifts, facade type, weather and anchor time decide. ETICS can progress faster than curtain wall. Strip-out is tied to last-lift approval. Net duration sits in the programme after survey.
